This hostel is fantastic! I stayed here for a week and had to drag myself away from it. It's in a great location. It's very easy to meet otehr travellers here but isn't overwhelming like some parts of Bangkok. Amazing staff- Dave and Jimbo do everything that to help you out. Stay here!

Very clean, the people that work at the hostel are so nice & give great directions for getting around Bangkok. Take their advise about how to get from the airport, it will save you $$. Also, if you are craving a little Western breakfast they make a great one with fab. thick cut bacon--yum!!

Staff really friendly and helpful. Travellers were friendly and respectful of each other. Lots of cool partying and memories to go along. Lots of stairs to climb though, especially with a heavy suitcase!

Was family run, they where very helpful, it was a shame that there where not more people but as it is low season its quiet everywhere. The only bad part was not being allowed to bring anything into the hostel food/drinkwise, i think its fine not being allowed it in the rooms is fine but i can understand the reasoning (if there was someone to drink in the hostel with it would have been better) good access to sky train, MRT and canals for koh sarn road, very easy to get a taxi, tuk-tuk as well. You could almost walk to MBK (siam square) if it wasnt so hot and can handle 20-30 mins.

Best hostel I have ever stayed in, the place it setup allowing you to meet people easily and the staff there really go out of their way to find you a place to sleep. The BEST location in Bangkok, away from the redneck backpacker havens but in one of the most bustling areas of Bangkok. Everything is within reach with the BTS and MRT, as well as the canal boats (do it like the locals!). Look forward to returning in the near future.

The bathrooms aren't so flash, but there's tonnes of information to help you plan your trip. Good storage facilities if you have a lock. They let me store stuff there for a month for $10.

Despite the lack of cleanliness of Bangkok in general, I was continually astounded by the immaculate hygiene maintained within this hostel. Staff are quite friendly, but then again, everyone in Thailand is quite friendly!

Great atmosphere and really helpful, friendly staff. Lot's of trips and nights out are organised and you can also arrange treks and other trips through reception. Really clean and Hot water! In safe location outside central Chiang Mai. Lockers provided, just need your own padlock. Free breakfast and TV with lots of dvd's to choose from. Would highly recommend this hostel, there's a really great team there.
