Devon TincknellExcellent hostel for your first time in Bangkok. The owner Dave is an expat loaded with helpful advice and tips, if there is anything you want to know about Thailand or anything you want to do in and around Bangkok just ask and he'll have some great advice for you. Wonderful atmosphere, clean, full bar and kitchen, the only danger is you'll end up hanging out there instead of seeing Bangkok... but if that happens its your fault. |

tina osterlitzSoi 1 Guesthouse is a great hostel to stay. It's a great place to meet people. The location is perfect - in a quiet street and close to lots of bars, party places and the shpopping centers at Siam Square (two stops with skytrain). Owner David was very helpful, he makes the place. |

Customer reviewI am one of those social/sometimes not persons and this hostel was accomodating to both sides of me- to meet people and go out as well as staying in and reading. Clean, friendly, and warm shower, what else? |
