Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also nice.

Disliked: Everything else. We were very happy that we only booked it for one night, it was the worse accommodation of our trip through Thailand.

Disliked: The bed was not good, it was very old and was not even at all.

Liked: Nice complex- communal areas and stuff to hang out in plus breakfasts in the morning were good

Disliked: Had to pay for any extras but thats why the room is cheap, pay for internet, breakfast, use of dvds etc. Cold shower although that can actually be quite a relief in the heat! Takes a little while to walk to anywhere but there is a bus stop right outside, a pier just round the corner and sky train is probably a half an hour walk or so

Liked: In a nicer location than the other hostels in Bangkok for the same price. The staff are very friendly and very helpful with a lot of information to share about the city and moving on from the city.

Disliked: The higher prices they ask for tours and transport to other locations.

Liked: This was a good hostel. I got a private room with a shared bathroom. My room and the bathroom and toilets were clean and not too much noise from the guests next door. The location is very good as it is just next to a river ferry stop so very convenient to get round Bangkok and the area felt safe, better than Khao San Road.

Disliked: The restaurant was on the expensive side, I went out for my food which was cheaper.

Liked: The staff is friendly, breakfast is tasty, it is good to reach by train and then a 10-15 minute walk. From the hostel you can reach the city center easily by taking a boat in less than 5 minutes by feet.

Disliked: One or two of the three computers are out of order most of the time.

Liked: Dining area, good cheap food. Location, escellent for water taxis and walks through bangkok.

Disliked: Original room allocated was just a cupboard! Size of cupboard, no windows, cheap bunkbeds, no cupboards inside, no aircon, very claustrophobic! Shared bathroom and toilet on landing. Cahnged ot more expenisve double ensuite room. Much better, but still no air con, no cupboards and view form window was adjacent wall!

Liked: it's a good place to stay when you don't want to spend too much money... But after all I have booked a room, for 450bht and was so small, and no ar condicionar, and they describe like all the rooms has ar con... so for double price I changed for a big, new and very good room, with very silent ar con. Big tv, fridge (full stocked) for good price.

Disliked: I don't like the shower. for the price I paid for the room could be hot water, and wasn't, and there's no much pressure in the shower too. The breakfast is not included. is not expensive (160bht) but there's nothing special... and no cheese... some eggs, salsage, bacon... etc...

Liked: The staff from the campagny tour next door was nice.

Disliked: room was small and dirty. The staff at check in was rude. On line it doesn t make the differance on ac room or not very expensive for what it his. Never had service to clean the room in 3 night. We had bugs in the room. Everything was far and had to take taxi every where.

Liked: Nice and clean Guesthouse in the heart of bangkok close to skytrain, water taxi and shopping mall. Friendly staff and very helpful travel desk. Safe and charge free long term luggage storage! Our second time in that Guesthouse and we definitely would come back again!

Liked: Perfect place to stay on arriving in Bangkok. The service desk was very helpful in planning our ongoing trip AND avoiding the local scams!

Disliked: Internet occasionally did not work.

Liked: We have been 4 times in Bangkok the last 2 months and we have stayed here all of them, we really recommend it. Close to skytrain and taxi boat, so you can go to a lot of places in town very easily and cheap. Taxi boat to Grand Palace or Khao San Rd takes 20 min and costs 14 THB. A taxi from Khao San Rd at night with no traffic is just 70 THB. There is a supermarket just 5 min walking, with plenty of local stands/restaurants around. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak very well English. There is a DVD romm with AC where to stay in your own. Free wifi. Free coffee and tea.

Disliked: The restaurant is a little bit overpriced, especially the breakfast. But you don't need to take anything there, there are a lot of places to eat close to the hostel (in the way to the skytrain).

Liked: I liked the fact that the guest services staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I also liked that it was a 10 minute walk to the ferry so that you can get the hell out of that horrible area.

Disliked: The reception staff was rude, the internet didn't work in the room, the room was not as described- dirty and broken door/window. The location was horrible, it's in the financial district so there are very few places to eat and everything closes by 6pm. Their restaurant is over priced. And lastly they tried to charge us for several mini bar items which we did not use, then when the room cleaner came down to clear it up the man smacked her in the face with the paper for being wrong.

Liked: Friendly and useful staff are avaiable for 24 hours. They will give you any detail information which you need. The lobby look clean. The first 2 nights I booked a cheap twin room. It is pretty small and hot. Nothing except for 2 single beds. It's ok for me after travelling all day then just lay down and sleep. However my sister felt uncomfortable. We changed to a room with 900bath per night 2 nights after. The room is good, included a bathroom and hot water + a fridge and much bigger. The Location is good - 10mins walking from sky train station and about 100 - 150 bath for tuk tuk or taxi to go to Khao San, shopping center and other places.

Disliked: It seems not really safe when anyone can come into the hotel even at midnight because the doors are always open.

Liked: Staff were very helpful with planning the day and places to go. Great location, just around the corner from sky train and ferry dock.. Great value for money. Clean rooms.

Disliked: Bed bugs in the backpacker room bunks, drinks at restaurant expensive. Nearly 1 pound for a can of coke. Internet never worked on computers.
