Liked: The room was clean and the location was right next to Sky train exit Thong Lo.

Disliked: The bathroom had a horrible smell that made you almost get sick every time you opened the bathroom door. Luckily if you kept the door closed it would not permeate the entire room. They need to get this fixed and the Guesthouse would be great.

Liked: Very clean and well equipped room with large window. Modern design with ensuite bathroom and towels. Small table and chair with free water, tea and coffee. Fridge, safe, TV, free WiFi and air-con. Good location with skytrain Thong Lo station just outside, plus 7-11 nearby. Staff were always smiling and very helpful.

Disliked: Mould in corner of room above window. Constant bad smell from bathroom. Quite a bit of noise from the main street. Tea and coffee was not replenished when room was cleaned. Compared with other hostels it was a bit expensive considering there was no breakfast provided. Still a great choice though.

Liked: Great Location just a step walk from BTS Exit. Clean room, friendly staff.

Disliked: There is no toilet or rest room at the lobby. if you arrive early or have a late flght there is no where to clean yourselve even wash your hand during the waiting time.

Liked: Home from home. Had a great experience here, staff are very friendly and gave good tips and advice. The rooms have everything you need and are clean and comfy. The location beside the bts is a winner - will def stay here again,

Liked: This a very noisy place to stay. It is non stop traffic noise. Do not stay here if you want a good sleep. The room was nice and clean though.

Liked: It is indeed a cosy guesthouse with good environment. Ideally near the Thonglor BTS station - take Exit 1, just 3mins walk and turn right. There you’ll see their entrance with red roof (just like the picture shown). They are having some renovation but does not affect my stay because simply love their room and make me feel comfortable. The room had a super single bed, bedside table with lamp, a TV (with 4 channels only) and coffee/ tea making facilities. Oh, light breakfast will be serve in your room. Be surprised that they make up the room daily and it is spotlessly clean! They charged pretty penny for the room too. Since the guesthouse is near main road, it can be noisy in the morning hearing the whistling noise from the traffic police. If you are a shopping maniac, found that not convenient because it is 5 or 6 BTS stations away from the shopping areas/ markets (Siam Square/Paragon/Pratunam). The plus points are many eating places around and experience the Thai Massage after a tiring day out! The new owner M, nice guy! The little disappointment was he’s not serving my breakfast on time. Anyway, will pay visit for my next trip!
