 Staff was extremely helpful and was a great place to come home to late at night because of the safe environment as well as the midnight security watch. The manager always had time to help me out and even spoke to the facilitators of my day tour to book the next morning.
On the day I was supposed to check out and catch an international flight out of Bangkok, I slept in and was rushing to leave. To make things worse, my credit card maxed out and I didn't have enough cash. The owner of REFILL NOW! was willing to drive me out in his own car to the local bank to withdraw some cash out from my international debit bank card. He also called a taxi ahead of time to pick me up during the morning rush hour madness. I was able to get to the Airport on time. Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND Service!

The staff was very helpful on things to do in Bangkok. And they helped us on the cheapest way to get around. The hostel was very clean and had a very good atmosphere.

Ron the qwner and his staff were very friendly & helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. The location is outskirts but 50 baht for a taxi to BTS and then 5 mins to Siam was no problem. The hostel was like a boutique hotel. Food was gorgeous and happy hour was for 4 hours, bargain. I will stay again on my next visit, it was well worth the extra distance. I have also stayed at Lub'D Bangkok and this was far BETTER. Enjoy!!

Quiet neighbourhood, untouristy, convenience store nearby and street food! Good for people who know BKK already and want to explore the less touristy parts of it. First timers to BKk might be frustrated since it's kinda out of the way of action.

Great clean hostel, and away from your usual KhaoSan Road. Easy to get about by sky train. Loved it!

Unique Decorations, o2 atmosphere, cleanliness, warm service, valuable, travelling suggestion, tasty foods + drink, thai massage, of course new pool and a fun 3 vehicle tuk-tuk service.

What a great place! The best night sleep I've had in months. Great architecture design and atmosphere. Swimming pool is well planned and surrounded with garden. Really enjoy staying in swimming pool all day during a summer hot day. Definitely be back again.

This hostel was just amazing. The staff can't actually do enough for you they are so helpful. The atmosphere in there is perfect. its a bit of a distance away form the centre for town but its a great escape to have away from the hustle and bustle especially in the evenings.
great music is always played in the lounge,/restaurant/internet area. interesting sleeping arangements too. very social. great vibe. would highly reccomend this place.

Refill Now! is certainly a pioneer in the boutique hostel field. It was very nice here, nice people, nice food, and nice cocktails. The location is the oasis in Bangkok. Beautifully designed! Really enjoyed all the music and swimming pool at Refill Now!. Would certainly stay again on my next stop in Bangkok.

This hostel has beautiful decor and food, everything is impeccably well presented and the staff were faultless - attentive but not invasive and extremely helpful. You cannot beat this place for an amazing hostel experience

Very nice and helpful managers and staff. They really care about their customers. Among the various ways for reaching the center, the small boats are the best: it is fun, easy and cheap. Although the hostel is a bit far from the busy night places .

Amazing beautiful and unbelivable building it is!
Famous architecture built the hostel, the surface is the most beautiful one I ever stayed.
Staff were very kind and show us how to enjoy the Bangkok city.

Cleanliness of the hostel, great staff.
Ron has been an help in my trip to Thai. I went without making any plans and he help me a lot in planning my stay and visits while there. Saved me a lot of time and trouble!

This was a great place to relax and unwind after a hectic day in Bangkok. The hostel is amazing and more like a hotel than anything. The restaurant at the hostel had great food at reasonable prices.
