Liked: It's facilities were excellent, the rooms/apartments are very spacious and clean and have everything you need or want, all the staff are very very helpful, friendly and always smiling.We really enjoyed our stay here and would higlhy recommend this hostel.

Liked: Perfect in almost every department. Facilities include swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, restaurant on the ground floor, Lovely internet cafe with fantastic smoothies - I would recommend the kiwi and peach.Also stayed in a huge studio apartment overlooking the centre of Bangkok.Staff were very delightful and very helpful and friendly even giving me a wake up call at 6am in the morning so that i could get to my tour. Thanks YingIt is in a quiet residential area of bangkok which is a short taxi ride from centre of Bangkok.Would definitely recomend it to anyone who wants to visit Bangkok - good value for money and it is just PERFECT.

Liked: It was very nice apartments and the staff was extremely helpful. It is situated a bit outside the city center, but a taxi to the city only costs about 80 baht (3 dollars). The standard was very good at the price, and if I come back I would stay there again.

Liked: This is without exception the best value hotel I have ever stayed in. From beginning to end our stay in Sivalai place could not have been bettered. The rooms are large , clean and modern and the air conditioning doesn't give you a headache. The facilities in the hotel are perfect , the sauna is highly recommended. (The resteraunt is outrageosly good value also) However despite all this it was the staff (Hey Ollie) which made our stay , they were unbelievebly friendly and accomadating and were genuinely helpful and gave you real meaningful advice and tips . It was a perfect stay .

Liked: I had a wonderful experience staying at Sivalai place.Very friendly staff, informative and helpful with making the most of my time in Bangkok. Assistance with planning my stay was invaluable.Beautiful part of Bangkok for a quiet relaxing time surrounded by history, worth the minor effort to get into town.Last but certainly not least excellent facilities from room amenities to the small shop and amazing swimming pool.Will certainly be back on my next trip.

Liked: Great place to stay, lovely staff-super friendly and helpful. Location slightly out of the way but fine to get there by taxi provided you had a card with directions in thai! Met other travellers there too which is a bonus. Would highly reccomend to anyone.

Liked: Location was fantastic. Out of the city centre but offered great value for money. Only problem was taxis were unsure of where it was because it was away from the tourist area. However a number 56 and 68 bus run by the main street (about 5 min walk from hostel) that takes you to Koh San Road up until 10 or 11 at night. Excellent value for money and great facilities on offer. Would definitely come back again

Liked: Sivalai Place is a great deal!! The furnished apartment is perfect for larger groups and it's proximity to Bangkok's major attractions means cheap cab rides. However, as close as it may be many cab drivers had difficulty finding the place because it is tucked into a residential neighborhood. Be certain you have a card with a map & the security guards phone number if the driver get's lost.

Liked: This place is absolutely lovely. you feel as if you are in a home rather than in a hotel room. the staff was very helpful and the owner too is a lovely lady. she gave us soo many tips. The appartments are much better in reality than the pictures..lovely indeed. best place I stayed till now.

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and full of useful information about activities and facilities available. It is great to have a little peaceful oasis just outside the centre of Bangkok but still close enough for daily shopping trips, restaurants and bar hopping.

Liked: What is there not to like? Great pool, tennis courts, gym, excellent and helpful staff . . . Please! Lots of social activity, and if you're not in to that, a great place to read a book. Quiet night and day. Just in the last year my wife and I have stayed in over 60 different hotels/hostels and this is by far the best. Easily.
