If you want to rent the whole house with 3 bedrooms it cost 135 dollars a day without breakfast. We prefer people to stay for more than 3 nights and not only 1 night.
Jambiani is one of the bigger villages located in the south-eastern part of Zanzibar about 50 kilometers from Stonetown

Jambiani is in many ways an unspoiled village and it is wonderful to see and follow the local people in their daily life, whether it is on the beach-in the village or on The Indian Ocean. Most of the people live of the nature, and what it offers. It can be fishing, to grow seaweed in the seaand tourism. Much of the daily life is going on on the beach, where the school is located too. the coral reef is not far away from the beach and when the water is low you are able to walk out to the reef (15 minutes) and you have lots of possibilities to discover the richness of the fish and plants.

Accommodation Information

The rooms are big and airy all with mosquito nets. The house has a nice big sitting room, access to kitchen, nice terrace. The house is a private home with a relaxing atmosphere and privacy. Location Information

Jambiani Villa Guesthouse is located directly to The Indian Ocean with a wonderful garden with at least 20 different species of flowers and fruits and spices. You will meat the friendly neighbors and feel at home immediately. You a surrounded by a very relaxing atmosphere the plot have 16 palm trees we have a top floor where you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset and the view of the village. We our own boat and captain so for a fee the opportunity to go sailing is there when ever you want. There are many small restaurants near by and since you live in the middle of the village you have the opportunity to really get a feeling of the zanzibarian atmosphere and the friendly people.
