About Flip Flop Hostel - Taipei Main Station
The private room types available are twin, triple and 6 Bedroom, which include:
- Twin rooms come with two single beds.
- Triple rooms come with a bunk bed and a single bed.
- 6 Bedroom come with three bunk beds.
Bed sheets and linen are provided and all rooms come with reading lights, and bathrooms with 24hour hot showers.
All our rooms are equipped with free secure Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and cooling fan.
We also have:
* Free public computer
* Great atmosphere
* A location next to the famous Taipei main station No Curfew
Amenities include:
Microwave, oven, water dispensers, coffee maker, flat screen TV, refrigerator, six bathrooms with seven open sinks, etc.
Cleaner In Exchange For Accommodation:
We are looking for someone to join our fun team and help to clean our backpackers 6 mornings per week in exchange for accommodation in our dorm. We also offer free internet and a weekly laundry allowance. We prefer someone who can stay for at least 3 weeks. If you're interested please e-mail us or call to tell us all about yourself. (Please note: we highly value cleanliness in the Hostel)

*Check-in time is guaranteed by 3PM,
Check-out is before 11 - noon please.
Accommodation Information
Guests must know
-We do not have 24 hour reception, Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (please notify us if you are coming later than 10 PM)
- Our housekeeper and host are working hard to keep FFH nice and clean; please check in after 3PM on arrival date & check out before 11AM on departure date.
- For travellers who are running late, please phone or email to inform us so a bed can be reserved accordingly.
- In considerate for travellers who maybe allergic to pets, we are currently not accepting pets.
- For last minute travellers:
If any cancellation or postpone of the reservation is needed, any modification must be done 7 days prior to your reservation date. You can postpone your reservation up to 3 months period.
*If the cancellation deadline is not met (excluding any cancellation due to natural hazard), the deposit received will be accepted as your donation to FFH which will be used to better our service to our guests.
Location Information
FlipFlop Hostel (FFH II) at Taipei Main Station, is located only a few minutes away from Taipei's most prosperous and convenient business center.
We are just a two minute walk from 228 Memorial Park, the first European-style urban park in Taiwan established during the Japanese colonial period.
The National Taiwan Museum, which exhibits many of Taiwan's indigenous animals, plants and cultural artifacts, and it’s Land Bank Exhibition Hall are also nearby.
Besides the historical attractions, the new FFH branch is conveniently located near many good eateries, shopping centers and night life entertainment!
We also suggest a short ten minute walk to the Presidential Office Building with it’s white and red brick Baroque architecture, the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall or Ximen to experience the young and vibrant part of Taipei.
With FFH's new Main Station location we hope to provide travelers with more options while visiting Taiwan.
