Take Guo Guang bus. All are air conditioned. This bus always gets on the highway directly from the airport. Make sure to get off the bus at Taipei train station. The journey takes around 45 minutes during normal traffic.

The bus will drop you at Taipei Rail Station, East 3 Door.
