Kgaugelo MdhluliThe friendliness of the staff and I found it most convenient as it was close to all transport amenities and other great locations. The single rooms are very small but I made the most out of the situation by focusing my energy towards other important things. I would recommend to anyone to make use of this facility. |

rahimah ibrahimamazingly convenient.. superb location.. the transportation.. the facilities.. the shopping centre.. i almost could not believe all the comments that i read until i experienced it myself.. very very very friendly people.. and i would definitely stay in taipei key mall for my next visit.. fantastic view of the town from the 22nd floor with the cold air blowing at night.. great great great experience.. no doubt the room is small and the bed is not what you could get in the 5star hotel.. but still the warm welcome and the friendly and cosy atmosphere surpass all |

Abedin AliGreat Hospitality, prime location, Very modest, friendly, and helpful staff. I must say the location is in the heart of Taipei for sure (Just in front of Taipei main Station), also located in the Key Mall, it a great place to stay. |

Customer reviewThe air conditioner waas faulty and leaky and not able to set lower than 27 C. Security was very low. WiFi not available, but shared PC acessible at office. Incorrect room was supplied - should have been double but a dorm was provided. |

Customer reviewThe place is very friendly and nice. Since it is very cheap, I cannot complain... but I suffered very much from the cold!! I had a private room without control on the A/C, and in place of teh window I had the engine of the whole hostel (or part of it) A/C which was very noisy. So I did not enjoy my room at all. |

Customer reviewVery close to Taipei train station. Very convenient. Excellent good location. Friendly owner and staff, as helpful as they could. However rooms could be scraffy and somewhat not very clean. Nice socialising room for breakfast and evening views. Good that it has computers. |
