Liked: I think this hostel is the best one among accomodations I have stayed in Switzerland. The staff are very friendly. I spend nice time here. Even though the price was a little bit high, they provide satisfying breakfast and dinner.

Liked: The place is well located with a good view of Matterhorn but is not easy to find with the information published on internet. If there is a map linking with the booking confirmation will not hard to find because it is around 10 min walk distance if you do not carry so much luggage.The price is value for money to some extent. Good that have both breakfast and dinner with good quality. Not so good that your locker have to pay, your wireless have to pay.

Liked: we lived in a room directly facing the Matterhorn. a very nice experience. Although the price is a little bit high, it contains dinner and breakfast. highly recommended!

Liked: My room had a fantastic view, the people were really friendly, the food was delicious and at night it was really quiet. The electric bus stops just 2min from the hostel, very handy to move around.

Liked: in order to have the dinner you need to pay a 6 CHF membership fee. its really difficult to find the place because unless you have a ski pass you can't take a bus to near the hostel. walking is difficult as well as the road names are unclear. also internet is not free. however, they have pretty good entertainment facilities and the place is clean and the cheapest option available in zermatt.

Liked: Fantastic meals! Breakfast was good (well as good as European breakfasts can be) and evening dinner was filling and varied (soup, salad, main course and sweet). They'd have easily cost CHF 20-30 in a cafe so to get them included with a CHF 55 room was awesome.One night there was only 5 of us in the hostel and they laid out the table and put on a fondue for us with free wine. It was a lovely touch.Only negatives were the noisy radiators (they sounded like a constantly refilling toilet), but being in a blokes' dorm the noise was drowned out by snoring at bed time.I was so impressed with the place I gave them a decent tip. And I've got no cash. And I'm normally really tight!

Liked: Yes, this is expensive for a hostel, but for Zermatt it is a great deal since breakfast AND dinner are included. Great new facilities!

Liked: It is very very clean - the beds, sheets and duvets are very white and clean. The toilets are new and are well kept - no nasty smells at all. The showers are good - lots of warm water, with proper streams of water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Having dinner provided was definitely a plus! We loved the spagetti:) Our room had the most wonderful view of the matterhorn as well:)It's rather near the matterhorn glacier paradise as well, helped alot when we were going skiing (though climbing up the slope to the hostel after a whole day of skiing was exhausting).We'll be back if we go back to zermatt:)
