Brig-Naters is close to the Unesco World Heritage site of ‘Aletsch’. Other sights worth visiting in the region are the Stockalp castle, the old town of Brig, the historic town center of Naters and the Guards Museum in the fortress in Naters. In the town chapel of Raron there is the tomb of Rainer-Maria Rilke. The highly flowered town of Sierre with its many castles and shopping centers is only 30 km away.
