Liked: It is a SUPERB hostel and it has everything a traveller needs at a very reasonable price! A very, very friendly staff, thank you indeed!

Disliked: Nothing I can think of!

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful, location is excellent.

Disliked: On the upper floor, it isn't well soundproofed and could hear people in the other rooms and bathroom. It wasn't made clear that you need to bring your own towels and bedding, a sheet like thing may be rented.

Liked: Near the train station, nice place to stay in.

Disliked: We arrived at night, the receptionist or security was kind of drunk, the room where I stayed at, had the beds next to other, that means all together as a huge bed, thankfully I was only with my friend, otherwise, would be kind of awkward to sleep exactly next to other guys in the same huge bed.

Liked: Location was awesome, just behind train station. Clean place, friendly staff- very helpful in finding things, everything was good. Probably cheapest way to spend some time in the area (great value!). Walk down towards the lake and there is plenty of things to do/see nearby.

Disliked: 10:00pm curfew, where they close the common area. Sux if u have things to do online, or want to go out, etc. So everyone in the dorms sleep 11-12midnight roughly, and if u come back later, you will end up disturbing ppl, which can be problematic for some. Would be nice to be not treated like kindergarten kids and have lobby to use 24 hr. =P

Liked: Has great views, and comfortable to share a two bed room

Disliked: Rather a long way from the town centre BUT the walk up and down is great for exercise.

Liked: Very close to the train station about 1 kilometer away from the lake and main center. I didn't have to pay for wifi or for parking big +'s.

Disliked: No beer and had a boring atmosphere. But it had everything you needed and didn't keep me up at night.

Liked: Very close to train station, big and safe lockers, which work with coins, a wonderful swimming pool. The kitchen is tiny but has all facilities you need. The atmosphere is very nice, because it's a combination of hostel AND hotel.

Disliked: Breakfast is expensive (12 CHF) and you have to pay for the - kind of funny looking - linnen extra.

Liked: The hostel was very clean.Thist was my first experience of sleeping in the hostel and I remined very satisfied. Location was very good, center is laocated 5 minutes away by foot.

Liked: location, nice property, good pool side.

Disliked: small room for 5, without any window!! Wi-Fi didn't work as promoted. Facilities as promised, were not upto the mark, though avalable.

Liked: Very close to the train station, easy to find, swimming pool included, wifi very good, staff friendly and very helpful

Disliked: Rooms are insecure (no locks to come in), only 2 showers and 2 bathrooms for 30 people

Liked: Very clean and beautiful. great swimming pool. family feel.

Disliked: not so secure. one night gaurd with no locked doors for dorm rooms.

Liked: The very nice location and the hostel (building is in a art deco style). The garden with the palms and the view off lake lugano is special.

Disliked: breakfast was not in balans with the price.
