Liked: All is good. The coffee was great. And the staff is too kind, she washed my friend's towel without notice him.

Disliked: The staff is quite strict actually, she closed the kitchen at 10pm, the computers at 11pm. For those who love to have a party at late night, maybe you just can do it outside the hostel, maybe in the city. The staff has a diploma in hotel management, maybe she knows better.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Far away from the station, in bathroom, which is shared by even 12 people, very often water suddenly turns to very hot or very cold while I did nothing. The dining room is too small for such too many people staying in thie place. Very noisy. Looks like this place is for Koreans only.

Liked: It was quite peacefull place to stay in Lucerne.

Disliked: The only thing that is a dislike, is that there is only one bathroom for 12-14 girls (or boys).

Liked: It's close to the lake and to public transport.

Disliked: It needs better sign posting. It took a lot of going around in circles and asking random people to find it. Once I was directed to it I saw it written on a sign with all the other businesses housed in the building.

Liked: It was quite crowded, but homey too. Small hostel, easy to get to know people. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans etc. Location excellent! Building light, airy and modern.

Disliked: Very very short on bathroom space! There is only one bathroom for each gender and the toilet is in the same room as the one bath/shower. This for at least 13 people of each gender. Also there was no facility for drying your hands after using the bathroom (towel, paper towels, etc). 12-bed dorms with extra camp beds a bit large - too many people in one room.

Liked: Helpful staff, clean, good kitchen

Disliked: It's a Korean hostel, and there were only Asian people in the hostel. The breakfast was also Korean: rise and egg, it was ok, but more like a lunch than breakfast. There were only two toilets and showers, one for girls and one for boys. A bit far away from the centre. Expensive (as everything in Switzerland).

Liked: Great location and very clean.

Disliked: There are only two bathrooms. The average waiting time to use the bathroom is around 15-20 min.

Liked: By the lake, walkable in ~15 mins to the train station. Informative staff. Breakfast was tasty but might not suit tastebuds of Westerners.

Disliked: The people (mainly koreans) slept too early (lights out at 11pm?), but that could just be our luck.

Liked: clean and great breakfast. friendly staff.

Disliked: We walked for 45 minutes with heavy luggage to find this hostel when we firstly arrived. Bad indications and direction online. It's ok after a few days when we figured out the shortest way to go to city centre by ourselves.

Disliked: 1. The kitchen only opens for a certain period of time during a day (from 13:00-22:00). I needed to leave around 07:30 before the breakfast was served at 08:00, but I coundn't even use the kitchen to cook my own breakfast. It's very inconvenient. 2. It was annoying that 12 males shared only one bathroom and sometime females used the same one just for convenience. 3. They should use CHF as well as EURO to list their price. Instead they used probably the worst exchanging rate (3 CHF difference for a bed per night as I found on other websites) for their customers to transfer EURO to CHF.

Liked: It's a clean, quiet place to stay, with delicious rice breakfast.

Disliked: Not enough bathroom, you'll have to wait a long time to take a bath in the evening
