Liked: -Nice sitting room etc. -Good location -Lots of useful info on the noticeboards

Disliked: -No wifi signal in our room on the third floor -Quite a bit of street noise -Price (though is what you would expect for somewhere in Switzerland)

Liked: The hostel is close to old town Lucerne and the waterfront and very close to the Lion monument. The rooms also have very large lockers for each person that come with their key so you don't need your own lock.

Disliked: Like all of Switzerland, it is a bit expensive for what you get, but there is nothing overall that is unpleasant.

Liked: The rooms were clean.The price is reasonable and very near to bus stop.

Disliked: There is only one kitchen which is shared by lot of rooms .

Disliked: Bit expensive and only one shower per floor which everyone comments on - quite a few rooms on each floor too

Disliked: Only one girls/one guys shower per floor. staff not that great and they were only there early morning and late afternoon anyway

Liked: It's Ok. A little bit expensive for being a dorm, but it is Switzerland...

Disliked: Taxes for each person (for all in Switzerland) You have to pay 5 CHF for a towell...

Liked: Very clean, good location, kitchen was good although a toaster would have been handy, free wifi. Would stay there again

Disliked: More shower facilities would be good as there was only one on each level

Disliked: Sensor light in the bathroom - have to get out of the shower every few minutes and wave your arm to get the lights to go back on!

Liked: The location is good. It's easy to find from the train station. There are lockers in the room and the size of the room is not bad.

Disliked: The toilet and shower is put together in one bath room! The sound control light there is turned off automatically in a very short time and only can be turned on by very loud sound.

Liked: Está muy bien, sobre todo por dentro, es mejor que la primera impresión que dá por fuera, solo le faltaría alguna ducha más.

Disliked: el Check-in no se podía hacer hasta las 4, y no estaba en sus indicaciones por ningún sitio al contratar, y eso nos fastidió bastante, por las mochilas.

Disliked: The kitchen was quite dirty, a ceiling fan or air conditioning in the room wouldn't have gone astray.

Liked: clean. reasonable price, good kitchen and room, wifi was fast, comfortable bed

Disliked: staff(man) was unfriendly and very slow more than 10 people had to wait for check-in!! but woman staff in the morning was nice few toilet & shower room no elevator
