Liked: As a famiy with small children, it was good as they had open areas to play and everyone was helpfully and friendly, It was very clean and had good food and machines for drinks & coffee. Having security people around was great as well. If you are travelling to Lausanne we would highly recommend it for all ages

Liked: the staff and the rooms are really the best. Even if it is quite far from the train station, the place is quiet and safe, and it's easy to take a bus to go anywhere on the city.

Liked: they gave me the luzern transportation card, so i didn't need to pay anything for taking buses and metro

Liked: It's a nice place, clean and well designed. It's very closed at the lake and it has a very good combination about the public transport (bus 1, 2 and 4), in a few minutes you can arrive at the harbour or at centre of the city

Liked: this hostel is amazing the staff is great free breakfast witch is a big plus! very cleen nice rooms i really recommend this hostel it´s a bit away from centre ville but there is a "pyjama bus" in the nights that was really suprising. there is no bad things i could say about it thank you!!!!
