 awesome bar in the basement and decent rooms, but no lockers for your bags and the rooms were left unlocked

Great atmosphere, plenty of people to meet always! Can book all activities at front desk, cute staff! And hostel houses most popular nightclub in the town so the party comes to you! Showers are pretty noisy in the mornings though, and people banging doors etc, showers are very strong too ouch!! But would def stay there again, its great, also has a great TV room with big couches and a movie every night, a luxury on the backpacker trail! Great place stay here!!

excellent hostel, short walk from centre of town, great place to meet people and has arange of activities. and dinner they cook are at good prices.
breakfast you have too chose between two options which are both small. showers are very powerful.

Brilliant hostel, its possibly not the safest place as it seems really accessable to anyone, but this was never an issue with us and you didnt get the feeling that it would be! would definately stay again.

this is a great hostel -- the staff is really helpful/informative about what to do/where to go and there is a cool restaurant/bar to meet people. the food is cheap and the beer is cheap during happy hour.
the only complaint would be the beds aren't very comfortable/tiniest pillows ever. also the showers have almost TOO much water pressure. little bit painful. other than that, great hostel.

Ther's an amazing atmosphere in this place. First night the room was above the atmosphere and right off the showers. I asked for a quieter bed and was moved instantly. Super

Make no mistake...this is a party hostel. If it IS what you;re looking for...this is the place to stay. Nothing but partying and extreme sports...can't think of many better things to do in life.

Balmers is party central. 1 shower for 6 dorm rooms, and it wasn-t a very good shower either. It-s a huge hostel very impersonal, better for party animals.

balmer's is such a great place, it is set in a beautiful town. by day you can take part in activities or exlore the town and beautiful surrounding areas, by night you go downstairs to the club . such a fun place, i've been twice and love it!
