Liked: Great place to meet other backpackers, all around 19-24 yrs old... offer many activities at the hostel, lots of fun, kind of annoying though that you are kicked out of the room from 10:30 AM until 4 PM.. pretty cool place though.

Liked: The dorm beds are really small a double bed seperated by a piece of wood your scared to roll over in case of bumping into another traveller :) no lockers but a great place for social and activites on offer and stuff.

Liked: The Place is a real value for Money!!! The Shared Kitchen had all the facilities and such facilities are not available even in good hotels!!!!!The staff was very friendly. I updated my Reservation 3 times and they were still not annoyed. You can find all the Brochures for planning your stay in and around Interlaken at the Hostel.The Hostel is at an equal distance form both the Interlaken Railway stations and is in a quiet place.

Liked: the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hostel itself has a lot of character - it reminds me a bit like camp. free breakfast (though it was portioned) and great location. downside was the fact that the doors to all the rooms don't have locks - and they only have lockers outside of the building which was a bit annoying. there's a bar right under the hostel and it plays good music and has a good crowd.

Liked: The staff were helpful but one does notice a certain bias in their approach. A special mention needs to be nade of the night receptionist on the 10 th & 11th. I can't recall his name but he was very veryy co-operative & friendly.

Liked: This hostel has a great atmosphere, and is a great place to meet people. Kind of reminded us of a frat house. The staff was really helpful in setting up activities, and the breakfast is good. There is also a kitchen available, which was nice, tons of common areas, and right next to the ski bus. Only negative was that the lockers where in another a building, so had to move stuff around a lot.

Liked: Experienced, has a history. but a little bit hard to get there. And the blanket is not that clean.

Liked: Great hostel. Good facilities. Staff were very helpful and it was a great place to meet people. Could be a bit cleaner though (although we were there over New Years so it was bound to get a little messy!) and the beds are not overly comfy.
