Liked: The owner, the lady is extremely good and really very kind and she received us very well even when reached the hostel very late at around 10 pm in the night. All the facilities of room and kitchen are good. Its really a nice pleasant stay for us. we would like to stay again if we go there later.

Liked: It was cold and smelly there and there were hairs in the beds. And they didn't have any system for check the reservations, when I told I had already payed 10% deposit, they said that it was for agency and I had to pay hole amount again!!

Liked: The very homely atmosphere and the colorful decor of the interiors makes it a very cheerful place to live. The old lady who owns the place is very nice and would offer you a chocolate upon chek-in. her daughter was staying up till midnight waiting for us to arrive as we got late... Very nice people very nice place, and very affordable. Awesome value for money. (no breakfast though)

Liked: It is the cheapest hostel in interlaken, managed by an old lady and her daughter, but main problem is bad smell coming everywhere in the building and somewhat in rooms too. its quite old and shabby building, there is not even handwash soap in rooms! our bed was moving here and there on every small move. you will feel low quality in everything, i will recommend this hostel only for friends and not for family.

Liked: Only 5 min walk from Interlaken West station & Interlaken Zentrum/Main Market area... Landlady is very Friendly... Attached shower & Toilet in Private Twin Ensuite... Nice view of Valleys from room Galleries... Good value for movey.. really...

Liked: Heidi was incredibly nice, and always has swiss chocolates and other sweets for guests when they arrive. You will love Heidi!

Liked: Heidi is an elderly lady with a sense of humor and the ability to tell a good story. She was awesome!!!! She helped us with everything we asked for. Our daughter helped her walk her dog, and was thrilled about the opportunity to help out.

Liked: This is possibly the oddest hostel I've ever stayed at, but its warm and dry and a good place to rest your head after a day in the mountains. Has a guest kitchen, and the shower has some amazing water pressure. And the woman who runs the place is an absolute sweetheart.
