**for all reservations, any guest arriving after 22.00 or 10pm, please call us the day of arrival (or the day before) as we do not have staff after 10pm.

**PLEASE BE AWARE…ANY RESERVATION WITH AN AMOUNT OVER 1000 CHF, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. NO CHANGES OR CANCELLATION CAN BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL DATE.

**We have an age limit of 50 years old on the shared dorms. If you are older than 50 years old, we cannot accept you in one of our youth shared dorms.

48 hour cancellation policy, where if you don't cancel you will be charged the first night.
