Liked: The best hostel we have found yet! We are 25 and 27 year old women and happy to finally find a hostel with a good mix of people (young and older). The hostel is like a resort and you can relax or go crazy. Even though it's a bit big, it doesn't feel like that at all. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful, even the maids! Stay here!!

Liked: By far one of the best hostels i have stayed at, nice lounges, spacious, i had a balcony in my room, they had a TV room with lots of movies, a backyard, an excellent coffee machine with 2 free drinks a day, they also had much information on things to do, they can book adventure sports for you directly, the rooms were clean with a sink and outlets, lamp and large locker for every bed. They also have free lockers to store your stuff during the day.

Disliked: The late check it, its at 4pm. The bathrooms are non en-suite but it wasnt really are problem, plenty of showers and they were clean.

Liked: Great location. Free day luggage storage. Free Internet (at the time). Excellent breakfast (compared to most other hostels). (Essentially) free laundry).

Disliked: kitchen lay out was a little hectic, albeit very large. my room was one of the few rooms that didnt have storage lockers IN the room, which is no big deal except the storage lockers contain instructions on bed-claiming, this led to some confusion and a friend of mine losing her bed while she was gone for the day. (there was still an open bed for her in the room, but someone else had taken hers from the previous night because she hadn't claimed it properly)

Disliked: Concrete walls and floors means noise travels and whilst not particularly noisy if you are a light sleeper it might cause a problem. Our room overlooked a balcony where they praticed paragliding - you couldn't open the curtains or the window as people could look straight in!

Liked: Superb hostel experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this in a flash. Great location, plentiful breakfast, and the extras such as free local transport, swimming pool entrance and tokens for the espresso machine & laundry go a long way in helping to reduce the costs of visiting a pricier country like Switzerland.

Disliked: The dorms beds are extremely close together.

Liked: Pretty much everything. Nice sturdy beds, clean bathrooms, great sitting places, facilities, friendly staff.. Probably the best hostel I have stayed in so far!

Liked: The best hostel I've ever stayed at! So clean, fantastic location, friendly staff, great continental breakfast, and 2 complimentary tokens for coffee (delicious coffee as well, lattes etc) and/or laundry ever day. Also affiliated with "Alpine" who run amazing activities (bungee, canyoning, bike rentals). They are located just down the road from Villa and are a fantastic group of people.

Disliked: Nothing at all, it was perfect.

Liked: Has almost all the facilites one would expect in a youth hostel. Those running the hostel have really thought of everything

Disliked: Nothing much really. More like a suggestion. Would be nice to have a little more variety in breakfast like for eg meats

Liked: The people at the front desk were extreamly helpful and easy to talk to. I arrived when it was pretty busy, but there character and positivity were constant despite the craziness. From the rooms, to the bathrooms, to the downstairs lobby area...everything was kept very clean and tidy. I loved the deck on the second floor, connecting the hostel to the paragliding place. Great place to sit, relax, and enjoy the mountain scenery. Overall, I felt like it was a nice hostel...with good people working, and where cleanliness was a high priority. Also, regarding all the activities you could do...the hostel had the hook-ups. They helped me schedule all the activities I wanted to do and seemed pretty well informed about things.

Disliked: The rooms are quite a tight fit...if the other people you are rooming with are there very much when you are, you will definitely get to know them, because you don't have much room to avoid them. Haha. Still, what can you expect, three bunkbeds, 6 lockers, and a sink...it probably isn't going to be too roomy :)

Liked: There are many things to do. You can play pool, table tennis, mini golf and go to the casino, which is close by. It is easy to get tickets for the activities that are available.

Liked: The property was very very nice and clean. New and young. big kitchen area and lots of stuff to do. Great view of mountains from the patio

Disliked: Great hostel but if you want excitement and fun maybe try balmers. This one is more relaxed and chill. Quiet and calm

Liked: Clean, lovely location, fabulous breakfast, excellent facilities.

Disliked: You can't choose your room mates!!! I got stuck with a bunch of annoying girls who couldn't grasp the concept of PERSONAL SPACE! The bunk beds need to be spread out more so that personal space is still respected.
