Liked: Easy to understand why this is rated as the best hostel in Switzerland. Very clean and quiet. Staff who will answer all your questions. Free use of busses, pool in Interlaken and hot drinks anytime. Free lockers available for after you leave/before you arrive (for as long as you want).

Liked: It's been rated the #1 hostel in Switzerland over and over again for a reason, its the nicest hostel I saw in Europe.

Disliked: Its a little too family oriented, not great if you want to party or are an energetic 20 something.

Liked: amazing staff - super helpful and accommodating. Free wifi that works great, not too far from the train station, lots of other info for stuff to do, breakfast included, awesome kitchen facilities

Liked: I like the room that i stayed in, is very conducive, there is kitchen for us to cook, so cool!! I like the environment there and i get tokens to access to internet and buy hot drinks=)

Liked: great hostel! great location, all facilities included at no extra charge, helpful staff, comfy and secure.

Disliked: expensive, but that's switzerland!

Liked: Great staff and location! Super clean! View of the Alps from my room. Super big kitchen with 2 fridges and multiple stoves.

Liked: Clean and receptive desk. Flexible in adjusting to special needs of seniors.

Disliked: The facility has an arrangement for reserving dinner at a special price. What you don't learn until later is... no bread from the salad bar as they put what you will have on the table. The butter for the bread is .75 Euros and the house wine is thin.

Liked: Great place. Modern, clean. Easy to find; ~ 20 minutes walk from train stations. Right in middle of town. Friendly, helpful staff. Token system enables free use of washing machine, dryer is free. Nice rooms. Lots of common areas to talk outside rooms. Well sized, secure lockers in room. Locks provided. Nice kitchen and dining area provided. Great breakfast provided. Plenty of showers/toilets outside rooms. Great place to meet other travellers. Good reception hours. Free wi-fi everywhere – worked well. Good value. 8.8/10

Liked: clean, comfortable, good kitchen, many facilities provided.

Disliked: quite far from the Interlaken Ost station, about 10-15 min walk. Bus is every 1 hr. Have to walk.

Liked: The rooms were very clean and though compact very comfortable. The reception was also too good.. Impressed by the facilities they have in the hostel such as breakfast in the morning, free tokens for using facilities in the hostel.. I would definitely recommend this place to friends visiting Interlaken.

Liked: This was absolutely the best hostel I have ever stayed at hands down. It's located in such a great place in view of all mountains (but everything in interklaken is in view of mountains). Close to a COOP grocery. The staff was so lovely, so kind and so helpful. Since it was off-season, we had a 6-person ensuite room to ourselves, and we noticed that they would not fill rooms even if new people were coming. Everyone would get their own room, which was just so thoughtful. Breakfast was fantastic - muesli, yogurt, toast, cereal, OJ...nutella! Loved every second there. Thanks so much to Rebekah and Christina for all their help. They also helped us book a canyon jumping adventure in Grindelwald (with Alpin Raft). Amazing. Do it. Live that dream, people.

Disliked: NOTHING. BEST HOSTEL EVER.

Liked: We liked the comfortable mattresses and ensuite bathrooms.

Disliked: The rooms got a little warm which was difficult to fix without letting bugs into the room.

Liked: The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hostel would be very good to stay if you were travelling as a family as there are good services on offer i.e. kitchens, tv room, table tennis etc.

Disliked: I didn't think there were enough toilets on the floor I was on (one for males, one for females) for the number of dorms.

Liked: new..clean... very spacious.. large and well-equipped kitchen. It is a place built to serve all backpackers' needs.

Disliked: Limited space of locker. BTW, we brought too many stuff for 10 days vacation. ...our fault...
