Liked: It is very clean, and even have a computer area for those who do not have a laptop but need to use the internet. The staff are all very nice and patient.

Liked: Stuff are all friendly and helpful.room is clean.I had a great time in interlaken.everything is perfect.safety and valuable.here or near the interlaken part station.u can easily find it.

Liked: Great breakfast, big lockers, great kitchens and eating areas, pool table, wifi.. and the tokens they gave us for our stay enabled us to have free hot drinks each day and even do our washing/drying for free!

Disliked: NOTHING!!

Liked: clean and well kept, it was very conveniently located and gave you free internet, breakfast, towel, lockers, use of a pool, etc, . kitchen was excellent large and well equipped, the only hostel out of 6 so far that we actually cooked in as a result.

Disliked: nothing

Liked: Hostel was very clean and had a great location. Closest to the Interlaken ost station. Breakfast was also quite good!

Disliked: There was no real area to meet people in so if you are traveling alone this could be a drawback, but consequently it was very quiet!

Liked: Free parking.

Disliked: Not really the best type of hostel for backpackers or single people as it was more of a family place. The rooms was crowded.

Liked: - Lockers in dorms - Very clean and spacious toilets - Large and clean kitchens

Disliked: Not as close to the train station as expected. It was a 20-minute walk away from Interlaken West station, which feels long when you are heaving a 20kg backpack.

Liked: Had everything we needed at a price we could afford. Staff very friednly and welcoming. Great location. Only downside was perhaps access to the kitchen and laundromat could be challenging depending upon time so we never utilised the kitchen and did get a bit frustrated with the laundromat but only to be expected in a hostel facility. Not enough of a hassle to stop us coming again or recommending highly.

Disliked: air conditioning not quite strong enough to keep us cool in hot humid weather

Liked: Everything. It was a great place. I've stayed here for 3 days. Everything was good, clean toilets, good kitchen, great place to stay.

Liked: the atmosphere there was really very friendly and the staff is very helpful.

Disliked: quite many flyers in the public area in the night...... maybe it was because it was raining outside, but still a little bit disgusting......

Liked: the facility in general was awesome. The kitchen is big and has everything except oven (i think). The friendliness of staff is beyond great.

Disliked: A bit expensive compare to other hostels in europe but Switzerland itself is expensive...

Liked: It was very clean and for the most part modern. The staff was very friendly and the location is close to all of the activities. Breakfast was pretty good. They had big lockers to store our stuff while we didn't have our rooms yet.

Disliked: A little pricey, but it's Switzerland.

Liked: I loved everything. Great facilities with plenty of things to do. Couches, TV's, games, great lounge, etc.

Liked: It was one of the best hostels i've stayed in. the rooms are decorated nicely not just plain white and lifeless. there are big lockers that can fit your whole suitcase and the kitchen areas are large and have everything you need. Interlaken is tiny anyway but the hostel is right in the centre and not far from the train station. perfect location and very friendly staff.

Disliked: nothing.
