Liked: Definitely the biggest kitchen of any hostel we've stayed in. This was helpful as it is way to expensive to go to restaraunts in Interlaken. The staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast is basically toast and bad cereal so dont get to excited about that. Also not as good as other hostels in Interlaken for meetings young travelers.

Liked: We thought Villa Sonnenhoff was incredibly clean and safe and loved the special touches like bedside lamps and lockers. Great location in Interlaken, close to everything and great view of the mountains and the park opposite where paragliders landed every 15 minutes or so!!!! Can`t say a bad thing, it was sensational!!!

Liked: very friendly staff which totally made up for the bad weather i had while i was over there. She was able to recommend so many alternatives to do to make the best of the weather available. comfortable beds, good place to rest after walking around the area.. nice view of the mountains from the hostel as well. definitely a place i will want to return to again if i ever come back.

Liked: Excellent spot to stay. Right in the middle between the east and west train station. Staff very helpful and friendly. All of the buildings are new and very clean. Kitchen is great.

Liked: It was right in the middle of town and was easy to get to anything in Interlaken. The staff and the people that stayed there are so friendly, I would stay here for a month if I had the time and money!!

Liked: It was very clean, both the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The people were friendly, and I felt like I had everything I needed. The only downside was the lack of hot water.
