Liked: Ursula & Chris are fantastic people, they will go out of their way to help you Rugenpark is simply the best value in Interlaken !!... oh and Monty the dog will show you around too if you want :-)

Liked: My husband and I loved everything about this place. Ursala and Chris were amazing hostesess. It was sad to leave because it felt like we were staying with family.

Liked: Very nice et helpful staff. We can buy the train ticket to Jungfrau at the hostel, it safes our time. They offered us the breakfast box because we left very early in the morning. Worm welcome, freindly and good facilities.

Disliked: Toillet and bathroom is quite small but clean.

Liked: The cleanliness, the very helpful hosts, the location.

Disliked: The kitchen was small and not adequate for the number of people who wanted to use it at main meal times - we ate in restaurants instead.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, small and intimate. Great location. Perfect views from the windows. Good facilities - kitchen , WIFI, reading library. Lovely family dog.

Liked: Really nothing to complain about, overall excellent. Helpful staff (infact more like family friend).This B&B is run by a family, hence they are have passion for it. Lady Ursula is in charge who is excellent, super efficent, very helpful ,friendly & caring.

Disliked: Once I saw a rodent in the corridor (not inside the room, all the windows were open in the corridor on a cold rainy day-so could have come from any of the attached neighbour houses but I'm only guessing). Again I'm stressing that was just one of off, didn't seem like tip of a ice berg as place was tidy.

Liked: the hostel owner was quite helpful.

Disliked: this whole property was in a worn-out situation. The room was tiny and the floor was not level. I felt that I was drunk when walking on the floor. The wall was paper thin and at 6am people upstairs would wake you up. If they failed to do so, the busy train station would definitely wake you up very early (this hostel is quite close to railway and train station). The parking lot was small and on the next morning we found that our car was blocked by other guest's car. This whole area was so overpriced and touristic. it's much nicer to stay in a small lakeside town or village in the mountains.

Liked: Excellent place to stay. Ursula and Chris were extremely helpful and provided us with lots of useful information for our trip. They were always there, smiling, warm, very friendly, and made us feel like we were home. We had a good view of the mountains from our room. The place and bathrooms were spotless and very beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great. We definitely recommend other people to stay here.

Liked: Location is good. near to train station and very near to the supermarket. quiet surrondings. homely atmosphere. The window in our room opens to the garden with nice trees and some view of the alps. Simple but nice breakfast. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Three of us booked a quadruple room as triple room was not available and we were charged for 3 persons only. Only drawback was small bathroom. Good value for money.

Liked: The staff was so helpful, giving us great ideas of things to do and even letting us leave our luggage for the day after we had checked out and were waiting for our train. The breakfast was also wonderful.

Liked: The owner was very friendly and took care of us very well. The rooms were very clean and came with a warm atmosphere. Lots of services are provided including internet, kitchen, clean bathrooms and so on. Upon checking out early in the morning, breakfast were made ready for us to carry. If I have the chance to go back to Interlaken, I would not hesistate to stay here again.
