Liked: The service is perfect. Although it's family run business but the service is excellent. Room is clean, breakfast is good, near train station, kitchen is available and very convenient to cook , free internet, etc. If I have a chance to come back to Interlaken, I'll absolutely stay at this hotel again. It's highly recommended to all travellers.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. the room was clean and adorably vivid furnitured. it's not far away from the train station interlaken west. you can see those mountains just through the window in the room. such a wonderful view.

Liked: Chris and Ursula are very friendly and helpful. Chris offer take away breakfast prepared in advance cos we have to leave hotel early morning. Love welcome drink and room is nice and cozy.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff! Thanks Ursula and Chris! They were incredibly knowledgeable about what to do in Interlaken and gave great advice. The breakfast was also very good, and the rooms were beautiful! A wonderful experience all around.

Liked: This is the best place that I stayed in so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. And you get a view of the Jungfrau mountains from your room, which is very nice.
