Liked: Ursula was helpful. Hotel is clean and neat. I feel like at home. The location of the hotel is strategic and close proximity to the interlaken west station. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Interlaken.

Liked: it is the first hostel we have stayed in and it was a terrific experience. Ursula who runs the place was so helpful with everything from tours, to washing etc / all was amazingly clean and an excellent breakfast and overall ambience.

Liked: it wasn't simply a place you slept the night, the owners Ursula & Chris made us feel at home. The place smelt fresh, very clean, nice breakfast, excellent location, and Ursula has all the info that anyone needs in Interlaken!

Liked: Wonderful stay here. Ursula and Chris made our stay here really special. They helped us get orientated to the place quite comfortably and ensured that we had the most of our time. An unforgettable experience in warm and friendly hospitality.

Liked: All staffs are very kindly enough not to forget the hostel. Welcome tea and chocolate were very impressive. Breakfast was also good and staff Ursula remembered all about guests. She let me stay in the lobby with tea although I was checked out already. I can't forget them and their hostel forever.I recommend here so strongly.
