Liked: What else do you expect from the stay, everything was provided. kitchen,laundries,internet access for free and the staffs were really really helpful. They even help us with the interesting places around interlaken n nearby areas. We had a very nice breakfast, cereals,milk,fruits,bread n choc spread,fruit juice and also hot chocs!! They clean the room everyday and the bathroom n toilet were so clean. This hostel if highly recommended,everything is worth paying! ^^

Liked: When we reached to hotel Ursula took over my wife's laguagge and gave a warm welcome to us with ice tea which was really nice, she was really helpful and gave all the information which we needed. I strongly recomand this hotel to everyone because:1. Hotel staff is really helpful2. Hotel is very clean3. hardly 5 mins walk from the main station4. they serve Lovely breakfast5. Very safe than other hotels

Liked: Ursela and Chris are great. They were helpful with all of our needs and create quite a diverse and peaceful atmosphere. We weren't looking for partying. Monte the dog rounds out the crew beautifully along with the cleaning staff who were polite and thorough

Liked: The great home atmosphere that Ursula and Chris Create.... oh and dont forget Monty --- having a dog running about the place made it feel like a home away from home rather than a Hostel

Liked: Chris and Ursula were the best!! Chris greeted us warmly with a welcome iced tea and plenty of information about Interlaken. Don't go buying expensive travel brochures because these guys know it ALL! Plus, you can purchase train tickets (like to Jungfrau) right at the reception...helps a lot! And Monty the dog is the cutest ever!!

Liked: The owners were extremely friendly, attentive, and informative. They even had a basket full of universal adapters to use for our camera chargers. The location is also very convenient The view from our room was spectacular. We even had a small veranda to sit on and drink wine and eat strawberries while admiring the view of jungfrau.
