Liked: Ursula and Chris are Great Hosts!!! Very helpful and courteous. Also frank and told us what to do and when to do and how to enjoy the places...Arranged for tickets and gave directions on how to get to various places...

Liked: Ursula served us iced tea while we were checking in which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. She gave us a lot of helpful information about where to go hiking. The bread that was served at breakfast was outstanding - a fresh chewy whole wheat bread.

Liked: Thanks Daisy and Chris, they are really helpful, they provide very useful information. It is the best hostel I have been lived in my whole 20 days of journey.With kitchen so we can cook there. Free internet which is very convenience. Good view from the room, lovely monty give us lot of fun. It really a excellent experience to live in their, you will never forget interlaken because such a good hostel there.

Liked: Very cozy and clean. Ursula and Chris were friendly, and extremely helpful in meeting their guests needs and setting up things to do in both Interlaken and the surrounding areas. A wonderful stay and would definitely return to Rugenpark B&B.

Liked: Ursula the hostess helped us navigate our way around Interlaken and the Jungfrau region of Switzerland. Her restaurant suggestions were on the spot. Our room was spacious and had a bath and shower. The breakfast was delicious and Ursula made all of her guests feel at home. We loved it. Jim and Sue from Columbus, Ohio, USA

Liked: The staff was very curtious and most helpful. It was a very good value because there were many extras, like free access to a computer and the internet, access to the kitchen, coin operated laundry, and excellent breakfast.

Liked: We loved everything about the place!!! Right from the ever helpful Ursula-the best hostess ever to the spotlessly clean wooden rooms, to the lovely breakfast every morning, to the wonderful ambience and decor to the fantastic location just 5 mins from Interlaken west station to Monty the dog too, everything was just perfect!! If you are in interlaken, this is definitely the place to be!! Thanks Ursula for a fantastic time!Anil, Nerissa, Joel & Lolita

Liked: Really nice hostel, WONDERFUL owners. Love the dog!!! Only weird thing was that the whole building seemed to be sinking down in the center, so the floor of my room was actually quite a significant incline, which made me slightly dizzy.

Liked: The location was great. Very close to the Interlaken West train station. More than anything though, the staff were wonderful!! They were so incredibly helpful and assisted us in planning our time in Interlaken so that it best suited us and what we wanted to see. We even canceled a night in our next location so that we could stay here an extra day.

Liked: The person who runs this hostel is lovely! She put us right at ease, was incredibly helpful, nothing was every any trouble. The hospitality was the best we had on our European holiday. Beat our expectations by miles.
