Liked: Ursula was fantastic and gave us all the information we needed and more. It might be a good idea for the hotel to email guests and tell them you can book train tickets etc at the hostel. As we didnt know we booked ours before we arrived and could've got them at the hostel instead.

Liked: I like the hostess, who is very beautiful and nice. I adore the garden beside the hotel. It is wonderful to take breakfast beside the window, seeing the great view of the garden. When we were taking breakfast a bee came to drink milk. It is so cute.

Liked: This was the best B&B we visited while in Switzerland and in general is top notch! The owners are the friendliest people ever and very accommodating. Everything was great and I certainly would stay here in the future!

Liked: Wonderful place to stay in Interlaken. The staff was extremely helpful with anything you could ask for - directions, travel time tables, even laundry. Small, but very clean. Great atmosphere. We would definitely stay again, as you get a great value for the money spent.

Liked: Ursala and Chris are the operators at rugenpark, and you will not find nicer people at any other hostal any where in the world than Ursala and Chris. Amazing people!

Liked: Such a wonderful little bed and breakfast!! The family is so welcoming and nice. I've never seen anything quite like it. I wish we could have stayed longer!! She even offered to do my laundry. They are so nice!! Great place to stay!!

Liked: We liked this place very much. Its like a home away from home. Thanks to Urusla & Chris (Owner of the property) who made our stay & trip memorable. All the facilities provided by them was excellent. I haven't seen such a nice hospitality till now. They are no. one.

Liked: Pretty good budget accommodation ( as swiss hotels are expensive), only drawback are the thin walls, otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness a plus.

Liked: I absolutely LOVED this place. I was thinking when I read the reviews, 'I don't know if i believe them or not because this is to good to be true.' But really- it is true! I've stayed a lot of places of the last couple months and this one is by far my favorite. Chris and Ursula are great and I only wish I could have stayed there longer.

Liked: The owners were very friendly and helped us to get our plans set for our weekend. The B&B was very clean and comfortable and in a good location. A great place to stay in Interlaken!

Liked: I liked the service, the staff was extraordinary friendly and especially helpful. Ruggenpark is a really familiar hostel! I liked it very much.... The only thing I query is the toilette and shower. It was really to littel and incommodious. Great pity!

Liked: About 7 min. walk from Interlaken West station then you will meet the super nice Ursula, the owner, who will make your stay feel like her family not just a guest. Breakfast are superb with quality meat and cheese. When she knew I had to leave early she packed breakfast for our next morning trip. Best 'Bed and Breakfast' for any price.
