Overview
Welcome backpacker, globetrotter, hikers and bikers. We are a cozy hostel directly at lake Brienz with magnificent outside facilities and views.
The "Lake Lodge" Hostel is a newly renovated Hostel situated on the banks of the beautiful Lake Brienz.
We offer a variety of cheap accommodation ranging from simple dorms (8 - 10 bed, no linen, own sleeping bags welcome) to dorms (2 - 4 bed, linen included from 2 nights onwards) and private doubles.
Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery in our chilled out lounge and terrace, where our bar and kitchen staff will spoil you with local as well as international treats that make summer so delightful and lovely!
Our restaurant will surprise you with fair priced dishes and XXL and family portions!
Last but not least our Cuban Bar is the perfect spot for aperitifs and sundowners! Of course you can also cook yourself in our guest kitchen and TV-Lounge.
We offer bookings of all activities connected to the area such as canyoning, rafting, paragliding, skydiving, hang gliding and lots more! All activities will be carried out by experienced guides and come with a free shuttle service! Also worth a visit: The brand new Via Ferrata in Lauterbrunnen!

By car we are 10min away from Interlaken; by bus 20min. on a beautiful spot directly at Lake Brienz.

CHECK IN from 3pm onwards
CHECK OUT until 12 pm
Reception opening times: 8.30am - 11.30am and 3pm - 9pm, late arrivals can check in at the bar!
Towels CHF 3.
In the 8-10 bed-dorms we always charge Chf 5.—for bed sheets!
Own sleeping bags are welcome
All rooms have shared bathrooms

Sail- and motorboats can be rented at Abegglen Werft opposite the Lake Lodge
