24 December 2009	Hasan Mahmood Khan Lea, Karen & Tierry......Great people. Very friendly and guide you about the place and activities. Really felt welcomed and amongst friends. Would definitly stay again. I Reached late after the check-in time (8pm, so early!) but they entertained me and at check-out hold your baggage also till your train. Location: Is near Interlaken West Train station in Unterseen (which is a part of Interlaken) But Interlaken is small so location is not a problem at all.	77%

25 September 2009	Customer review I didnt particularly like this hostel at all. The staff were aweful! they made you feel really awquard and it was totally out of there way to help you with anything. The rooms are also tiny, and the light didnt work in the room so that was really annoying! This hostel is advertised as a really fun place to meet people etc but the bar shut at 9pm!!!!!!! it was ok, but not for what i paid for. The location is good.	50%

31 August 2009	Customer review Staff were abrupt and not very helpful. We were asked to leave room keys at reception during the day so as not to lose them but upon our return from our days hiking reception was closed, with no signage/indication for how to contact them i.e. no contact numbers etc. so we were unable to get into our room until another guest who was staying in the room returned later that night - very unprofessional. On arrival we were early and so were told to dump our bags in a common area, we were not given a very warm welcome and were not offered any help, advice or city maps, in fact the staff member disappeared completely. The Kitchen wasnt very well equipped - hardly any cutlery or plates and the lights didnt work so cooking was done in semi-darkness - and of course reception was closed and no staff to be seen! Not very impressed.	52%

18 July 2009	Sameer Savla Room was nice, there were 4 of us and we got a private room with a bathroom, but it was on the 4th floor. Breakfast was good, but kitchen was dirty and not well maintained. Free internet access was a plus.	77%

12 June 2009	Customer review The Kitchen was well equipped and free internet was provided. The breakfast included was decent. the other people we met there were quite nice. however we were put in seperate rooms for the first night due to over booking. Some staff were lovely, enthusiastic and helpful, but others were indiferent. two out of the three nights we stayed we were woken at 3am by groups of drunks either outside our window or in the joined common room. great if you are up for a party, but extremely irritating if you are not.	67%

Great time had; good beds; felt safe; had kitchen; free internet; party at night; activities by day. lots to do here without feeling like a frat house. great bar and vibe in the hostel - a must for independant travellers. Check out the upstairs balcony... brilliant views, lovely in the sun and for relaxing.	100%
