Liked: I was in a 4 person dorm but no one else came so i had the room to myself which was awesome. The room and bathroom were very clean and great location.

Liked: The staff is nice and helpful and very engaging. Included breakfast is nice, but slightly unsubstantial if you are used to a hot heavy breakfast. Close to the train station. NIce atmomsphere, fun, and I met great people there. Overall its a good setup, although the bar can get kind of quiet if theres nothing special going on. Good security and good cleanliness.

Liked: people are extremely nice there, very helpful and funny, good location.just two suggestions: indictate how to get there from Interlaken ost, as some travellers arrive with the Golden Pass and in Interlaken ost; put some lockers in the room(may be security is really not a problem in Interlaken, there was nothing happened during my stay, but lockers are still recommended)

Liked: It is located very near to Luzern Central Station as well as as direct connection to Mt Pilatus.. The staff is very friendly & helpful. It is complete value for money and one of the best ones around. I luved my stay there n when ever i visit the city im surly gonna book there only. Great StaffGreat Locationexcellent facilities.Ease of commutation.
