Liked: Good breakfast, nice views from the hotel, safe and quite neighbourhood, good helpful staff, escpecially Nicole at the front desk.

Disliked: Noise from the neighbouring room, internet was not working, far from train station

Disliked: rooms were very warm in warm weather. Perhaps some fans would help.

Liked: it was a very swiss property and gave you that authentic swiss feel.

Disliked: the rooms and sheets were a bit dusty and caused my allergies to go crazy. our room was located right outside of the kitchen, which was unfortunate for when we wanted to go to bed at night and there was a family cooking and watching a movie there.

Liked: THe most beautiful building by far in the area at over 400 years old, it was just remodeled and presented itslef very cleanly. Also i met and became friends with one of the staff members there as well.

Liked: Feels authentically Swiss - its a very old building and the character has been retained. The staff was very caring and helpful. A wonderful old retriever named Gina will greet you in the lobby. The breakfast in the morning is AMAZING - everything you could want, with an authentic feel and a good view of the mountains

Disliked: Location is a bit out of the way, but still nice. The ceilings are very low - people over six feet, beware!

Liked: Comfortable and clean room. Traditional swiss chalet rooms

Disliked: Not near to the train stations (Interlaken West & Ost). But there are a couple bus stops very near to the hotel.

Liked: An absolutely beautiful stay, made Interlaken a destination never to be forgotten, so welcoming and homely. Great location, Great breakfast, Great puppy! Loved every moment!

Liked: This was a nice place near the railway station and the atmosphere was good

Disliked: The room that I statyed was in the 2nd floor and I would have to carry the luggage. Also I felt the room was few times warmer, not sure if it was due to people switching on the heaters on the first floor room. Most of the times I kept the window open

Liked: Awesome location. Right on top of an extream sports shop. Awesome breakfast. Free wifi. Friendly service. Great views 360 degrees. Couldn't find another place to stay and the owner was able to squeeze us in for a couple more nights. Great great great

Liked: It is cosy, not in the centre, but at walking distance. There was always place to leave the car next to the property, which was very convenient. The landlady was helpful and amiable

Liked: Helpful people even to instruct you about what to do in the city/sports, clean, not far from the center, excelent breakfeast.

Disliked: Old building is really charmy but Room a bit hot in summer. If you are tall, take care to not hit your head on the roof :)
