Liked: Breakfast at balcony viewing magnificent mountain is really fantastic.staff is helpful and friendly. Room is simple but clean and nice. Basin on each room. shower room is clean and secure.

Disliked: Nothing to complain, it is good for the money.

Liked: Excellent view from the multiple decks. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hostel - very good. The service was great. There were even candy mints on our beds when we arrived.

Disliked: The directions were not very good. They said to follow the signs and apparently a house with a pine tree by it is the sign for youth hostel.

Liked: Beautiful view! A bit of a walk from town, but not too bad. I wound up having to pay membership fees in addition to the price listed on HostelBookers, had I known there would be that additional 6 euro a night I would have looked for a cheaper option. It was a fantastic stay though, with great breakfasts in the morning.

Liked: location great --except the steep uphill walk.Check in at 4pm is a bit of a disadvantage --we reached the place at 2 pm and had to wait all alone in the reception till 4pm.9.30am check out is also a bit odd.please review these timings.

Liked: This is a great example of a classic Swiss Chalet with absolutely beautiful scenery. This hostel provides a wonderful, nutritional breakfast that is easily enjoyed on a balcony looking up at snow capped Alps. The bathrooms were clean and well looked after. There was a piano at the hostel which was kind of neat as well.

Liked: It's really a nice place.Everything is perfect, the atmosphere, the staff, the facilities, the price, and the breakfast..One thing bothered us was the location.It's "not far" from the train station, but the road to it is very "steep."If you have a backpack, that would be ok.However we don't have backpack but luggage cases.If you want to book this nice place, I firmly suggest that you use the backpack, not luggage cases.Have a nice trip!!
