Overview
Situated in the center of town, the Bernerhof is an ideal choice for summer and winter holidays alike. Breakfast/Taxes are included from 03.01.2010 to 27.02.2010.
In addition to young staff, the Bernerhof has a very cozy and typical Alpine atmosphere, to make your stay with us pleasurable and comfortable. Enjoy the great view from our terrace in front of the Eiger mountain!
The large breakfast buffet with regional specialties provides you with a good start for the day. Our new bar and lounge is the ideal place for a drink before or after dinner. It is also a very comfortable place for reading or relaxing.
All rooms are modern and comfortably furnished.
Breakfast and Taxes are included in the room rates.
Parking is free of charge in summer while CHF 5.00 per day in winter.

Grindelwald offers numerous world-famous attractions: the Eiger Northface, the Jungfraujoch "Top of Europe", the longest glacier in the Alps, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and much more. There are lots of excursions available in the Grindelwald area.
Take the "Firstbahn" cable car from the village to the First mountain, while the cog railway will take you to Kleine Scheidegg and Jungfraujoch "Top of Europe". From Grindelwald Grund, on the bed of the valley, Europe's longest cable car carries you to Männlichen ski and hiking area.
The lakes of Thun and Brienz accessible in 30 minutes driving by car or public transport. During the summer season you can swim and sunbathing or make a round trip by boat.
All cable cars, railways, ski lifts and footpaths are accessible in a very short time.
