With more than 100 years of family tradition and situated at one of the most beautiful spots in Giswil, the Alpenroesli has experienced numerous highlights in the last century.

Throughout the years it has been expanded and had many new facilities added to it, including a restaurant and bar, Internet access, 2 seminar rooms and a sun terrace with panoramic mountain views. It also has a garden, a children's playground and a bowling alley.

There is also a wellness center that includes a swimming pool, a sauna, 2 Jacuzzis, a steam bath and a solarium. The wellness facilities are accessible to everyone.

The use of the wellness facilities, the Jacuzzis and the solarium are not included in the room rates. The use of the swimming pool is free of charge.

The restaurant serves seasonal dishes with a heavy reliance on flavors and recipes of "home cooking".

Enjoy a cool beer on the terrace when the mood takes you or enjoying a nightcap at the hotel bar before retiring.

All rooms are equipped with facilities and amenities such as baggage deposit, Internet access using ADSL internet connection and a full-length mirror.

The ideal starting point for the close by Ski areas and numerous excursions. The hotel can provide you with trip schedules.
