A secluded garden, a good midday restaurant and a perfect location. The youth hostel is located directly below the Federal Parliament, just a few minutes’ walk from the station and city centre. A few metres further, on the banks of the River Aare, is the Marzili, Berne’s most popular riverside bathing beach with a view of the Federal Parliament and cathedral. Whether for solo travellers, families or group travellers, the Berne Youth Hostel has something for everyone.

Stroll along or shop in the city's long, inviting arcades or linger in one of the numerous street cafés. The Zytglockenturm (clock tower), the Münster (cathedral), the bear pit and the breath-taking view from the rose garden are some of the lasting impressions which visitors to Berne can take home with them. Berne also has a number of cultural attractions; plenty of museums, a diverse range of theatrical entertainment and a pulsating night life.

( Mixed, one with 18 and one with 20 beds ) ( only available from May - October ).
