Liked: about 10min. by walking from Bern main station to hostel, directly in city center. Friendly service and very clean environments. Also has nice tipps about city sighting and restaurants in Bern. Im very satisfied, recommendable! :)

Liked: Fabulous common room, great view from window, comfortable beds and overall very clean and well kept

Disliked: Shower did not get very hot in the morning

Liked: It was walking distance to the train station and very close to the tram stop which was nice. Close to the christmas market.

Disliked: There wasn't much available as far as food goes at the hostel and the fondue was for 2 people and didn't include bread.

Liked: Good sized dorms with big lockers for bags. Good common room. Really friendly staff and stacks of helpful travel and sightseeing info on Bern and surrounding areas.

Disliked: Quite expensive. Typical with Switzerland though. Wifi only works in common area.

Liked: This is a great place to stay! The rooms were nice & big with gigantic lockers. Te bathrooms were good with plenty of showers for the number of people on each floor. Te common area was huge & great to hang out in. The kitchen was well stocked and great to use, considering food is so expensive there. The wifi was great as it worked everywhere, although it got a bit temperamental at time. Reception had board games ot rent and we enjoyed playing Scrabble!

Disliked: No plug ins in the bathroom so I had to blow dry my hair in the hallway to try to keep from waking up my roommates.

Liked: Clean, friendly. Pretty mch everything. Kitchen is amazing.

Disliked: Price was high (but that's Switzerland), no breakfast included.

Liked: Great hostel. Good spacious dorms and awesome common room. Good kitchen area too. Free WiFi added bonus. Great location.

Liked: Clean, laundry, computers, wi-fi, really well equipped kitchen and much more available. Helpful staff. Good lockers. Not too many beds to a room. The bathrooms were good, had soap dispenser etc. Also have pamphlets for other accomodation in nearby areas you might travel too and will let you use the phone to book them.

Liked: Location was the bomb. Clean but simple rooms.

Disliked: So expensive - But I guess that's Switzerland for you. Beware young backpackers - this is not a fun hostel. I was the only one under 30 staying there. Borrrrrring.

Liked: Great location, very clean, good kitchen.

Disliked: Sometimes Internet was down, a few hours each day it just wouldn't work.

Liked: I liked the atmosphere, the common room and the fact that at reception you can find earplugs for sleeping quietly in spite of the "noises" other guests may do...

Disliked: Reception is not 24hs and the showers are very small, I tried to change clothes in there after showering and it got wet :S

Liked: - Fully equipped kitchen that was fantastic - Elevator - Nice common room area - Fantastic location right in the middle of town - Small amount of food available for purchase at reception, plus vending machines, however the prices were very very high. It is much cheaper to go to the supermarket in Switzerland.

Disliked: - Lockers available but not big enough for full backpack, probably medium sized.

Liked: It was very very very very close by the center of the city, actually in the center of the city. Very helpfull staff and very clean rooms, showers and toilets. Very nice and also clean kitchen where we cooked our own Rösti. The common room was also nice to stay. The fact that there is no breakfast is not a reason to not stay here, because there is a couple of supermarkts on 5 min walk from the hostel.

Liked: big common area - although so big it might be hard to actually meet people. Big kitchen. Clean. Good location.
