Liked: Clean! Helpful staff. Great breakfast! Beds were comfortable. The location was easy to find and accessible to the rest of the city- right next to a bus stop and underground station, with good restaurants nearby.

Liked: I think the male receptionist was very polite and helpfull, and I liked the free internet, and the kitchen that you could use.

Disliked: Bad beds, the madrass didn't fit the bed, so you couldn't lie good, and not the best bathroom facilities.

Liked: The owners and staff were so incredibly helpful! I had some issues with my arrangements and ended up asking switching into a private room and they were generous in making this possible. I was lucky it was the off-season!

Disliked: The lack of windows in the bedrooms, but then on the other hand, considering how little time is spent in the room, it's probably not a problem, after all =-)

Disliked: 1. There are no windows in rooms or dorms and no emergency light either. 2. Cooker and microwave are turned off at 9.00 pm (too early). 3. You have to take your shoes off while some staff members wear them. 4. Coffee and tea are free, but coffee was sometimes burnt!!! 5. When we arrived we were told we had to change rooms and go from a 4-bed to a 10-bed one - even though in our booking we were not told so - and we asked them to try to keep us in the same room category. We never heard from them either way and when we arrived back to the hostel we found they had moved all our stuff to the new room and we had no message or note or anything at all!!! 6. We had food stolen from the fridge!!! It was labelled and we left a note asking whoever took it to put it back, though it never happened

Liked: the whole stay was great. the only think i wasn't used to is the fact it is in the basement so you don't know what time it is or cannot open a window etc. I think the breakfast would be tailored a little bit more (one of my friend us gluten intollerant and cound't eat anything at all from the selection, maybe except for cheese and ham). I did specify the dieterary requirements and only got a link back what the hostel offers.Except for that the stay was great

Liked: we had a great stay here for 5 nights (though we slept in a 10-bed-room) - very nice staff (andrew is awesome!), clean and quiet, also the location is very good - theres a metro-station next to the hostel. you get coffee and tea for free the whole day and breakfast is also good and enough. it was absolutely no problem for us that the hostel is in the cellar and there were no windows - other people may have problems with this. all in one, we can really recommend this hostel to everyone :)

Liked: It is the best hostel i´ve ever been. The room and the shower are very clean, it is really close to the subway, good staff. I recomend this place for everyone.

Liked: Basically everything in Sweden is expensive and the hostels are not exception. One thing you have to have in mind with this hostel is that it is under the ground which means no windows. This has good and bad side: you can sleep endlessly as no daylight enters in the rooms, however it is tricky if you are trying to prepare your baggage without waking up anyone else (since the room is dark).

Liked: The hostel made us to feel it is a high school hostel, taking off shoes, no admission to kitchen after 9pm; switching off lights after 23 pm, etc. Again, the hostel is built in the BASEMENT, no windows in the room, we felt that we are staying in a cave! The worst part is, that you wake up at 11 am and think it is only 4am in the morning because there isnt natural light! Breakfast is also not as good as the web described. The common area is too small for people to read, chat or rest. Generally, the hostel charges more than what it worths.
