Daniella was extremely helpful, so big ups to her. Other then that the location is a great central location and the staff were extremely willing to help. It also bares mentioning that there's free internet access.

There were a few community areas and small areas where I could easily talk on the phone and not be disturbed. Also, the bathroom area was very spacious and clean.

Very close to the main bus and train station, and city centre. Nice bed frames, pity about the saggy matresses!
Cute little underground hostel.

Location. Rooms are underground which is ok but worth mentioning, no windows. the 6 bed dorms are really small and crowded compared to other hostels i stayed in. 4 bed ones really good. Kitchen has only kettle and microwaves and fridge.
