Liked: Clean room and bathroom. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge choice of different food. The staff went out of their way to help, changing the booking for me at the last minute and helping with translations of products for me. Lovely to have a television in the bedroom and use of a computer. Also useful to be able to hire a lockable fridge. An excellent place to stay!

Liked: Location. i don't recommend the hotel because of poor security. A watch and clothes were stolen from my room.

Liked: This hostel is situated in a great part of the city. There is a tube only two minutes walk away and loads of local shops etc that are always handy to have.

Liked: Great location, close to the Metro, not far from the city centre and all the main tourist sites. Nice cafes nearby, along with a supermarket and 7-11 for self-catering. Can't really fault the place. Only gripe was that the Under 8's French Hockey team were put in the room next to us (we decided against a dorm room and paid extra for the twin). Not acceptable to have 8 children sleeping in a 4 bed room with no adult supervision. We did speak to reception who asked them to be quiet but really, the adult supervisors should have been in the room, and be held accountable for ensuring that these children weren't disturbing holiday-goers. And not out for dinner somewhere, contactable on mobile if there were issues !

Liked: The fact that you have tv and computer with internet access was great. And also that it is possible to 'lock' two single beds in the private twin room together so you get one double bed.
