Liked: It was very nice to stay in an old prison for once, although it was a bit to quiet there... i would have liked to have a nice common room or bar for meeting fellow travelers.

Liked: The atmosphere was great! The room and the bathroom looked really good! Everything was really clean and decorated with thoughtful and interesting details. Many interesting information about the prison were given. And the free entrance to the museum was awesome!

Liked: This hostel is very clean and modern. The conversion from the old prison to the accomodation it is now has been done excellently. Looks great, and for the price is good value for money even when converting back in to GBP.However, Långholmen isn't very central and there isn't much going on in the way of nightlife, but there are a couple of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hostel.Having said that, a 5 minute walk and you are at the Hornstull Subway station which is only a few stops away from Slussen and T-Centralen where you'll be able to find a bustling nightlife!Although we weren't there to long to experience the city enough we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Centrally it is very 'touristy' (and expensive) but a beautiful city nonetheless with great nightlife and enough to do during the day.
