Liked: Good distance from the city centre and secluded and great parking facilities. Good links to get to the city centre and the staff were very friendly. The service was great, the food was excellent, the hostel was clean and quiet at night and most of all it was a great novelty sleeping in an old prison. If I ever go back to Stockholm, I will definitely go back to Langholm Hostel.

Liked: The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms (Cells) are small but very clean. I was very pleased about the save, the hair dryer and the tv in my room.Highly recommended!

Liked: Very good location, lots of water and nature. Good 24h reception, breakfast buffet has good food, clean rooms and bathrooms. Room was a bit small for the price, but did have good facilities (private bathroom, safe, no shortage of power sockets for electronics, free wireless internet). Transportation is pretty easy to get to. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest T-bana station (Hornstull). All in all a very nice hostel, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Stockholm.

Liked: it was the weirdest place I have ever stayed at but in a very exciting way! I have never been in prison but having experienced 3 nights in a cell and having to pay for the experience was great! I was very impressed at the facilities in the room, LCD TV, ensuite with great shower and very very clean...in fact spotless all over the place not just the room. the grounds are amazing with so much history. I stayed there whilst on buisness and the amount of people from Stockholm who were impressed that I stayed there and kept asking what was it like as they have meant to go and have a look. Very good experience and would recommend to anyone, the only downside is the location but it keeps you healthy with the walk especially after the vast breakfast which is awesome for the money!

Liked: The Langholmen hostel is situated on a very green part of Stockholm, it has its own park and beach, where you can swimm,sit, pick-nick and see the sunset. The atmospheer was special since it used to be a prison. They kept this prison style, and kept a good balance between that and comfort.

Liked: the atmospere was good and the hostel (old prison) had an interest.the brakfast was fantastic..but the rooms are very small.

Liked: The internal museum is very interessant! The hostel is very quiet to sleep after a day of walking around the city. Very wonderful place!
