Liked: A very different location than usual: you're staying in a prison cel in a museum! You pass the displays on the way to the shower room. Breakfast is at the hotel and very extensive and staff was very friendly. There wasn't really a vibrant common room in which to meet people though. The location in town is not ideal, but does ad to the atmosphere. The 10 min walk to the metro station + then commute to other parts of town is fine if done once a day, but not so practical for those who have to travel up and down several times!

Liked: the fact that a former prison has been transformed to a very high standard without losing any of its character, also the value for money I have stayed in quite a few places in Stockholm and this option was by far the best , another good reason being the free parking which elsewhere proved very costly

Liked: +: Atmosphere, breakfast, distance to metrostation (+/- 10 min walking)-: The directions how to get to the hotell => you have to add: "Outside the metrostation (Hornstull) turn to your RIGHT! Follow this way, which make a curve, for 800mtr. By the 2nd traffic light (just before a bridge) cross the street and follow that street until there's a bridge on your right hand, cross that bridge, follow the signs 'hotell' or take a alternative route by descending the iron stairs at the end of the bridge and follow that way to the hotell."

Liked: A beatiful and excelent place! The room are confortable and clean. The only problem is that metro station is faraway from the hostel.

Liked: Great place loads of character and a really different place to stay. Only drawback is the instructions on how to get there which are weak and a bit confused so I reccommend that you print off a map before you go.
