the idea of staying at a former prison is fantastic. It was all clean- inside and outside the hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definately recommend this hostel.

Uniqueness that's what this stay was all about. We stayed in the museum portion of the hotel/hostel and learn some interesting facts about where we were staying. Great stories come out of your stay-- like walking through the corridor at night to get to the restroom and discovering there is a person (mannequin) watching you-- kinda flips you out initially but it made for a laugh when we got back tot he room :)

It is quirky - staying in a cell makes for a good opening to your holiday stories! It was clean and inviting. Very easy access to transport etc.
