kerri evansOk, so this place is a good clean place to stay, kitchen facilities are really nice, good location, nice rooms. One MAJOR problem and reason I would not recommend if they did not chan ge this. They have someone on the desk for 2-3 hours in the morning and same in the afternoon. If you need anythign outside of these times, then forget it. 2 nights ago, I came back at 1am, my key card didn't work for the main front door, why I have no idea. So had to bang the door for ages, to wake someone up to let me in. Then I got to my actual, room, guess what, key card didn't work and waiting 2 hours- at 1am!!!! for a security cmpany to come out and let me in. Not good. Need more reception hours and another emergency system if something like this happens again. |

chiara napolitanoIt had recently been renovated and it was very nice and clean. I didn't like the fact you had to walk two floors down to take a shower in the basement and the fact you had to pay 130 sek extra for the sheets. |
