Liked: The idea of staying on a boat was the main attraction for me. The staff were lovely. The place was quiet but also very close to the gamla stan.

Liked: It was a good place to stay but you could probably find cheaper places - you had to pay for linen, towels and breakfast and you're not allowed to use your sleeping bag. If they catch you with it, they will take it. You are not allowed to eat or drink in the common area unless it is purchased from their boat. It needs to be consumed either in your room or off the boat as it is used as a licenced restaurant as well as a hostel. Staff were helfpul and the location was good. The bathroom door needs to be fixed - very loud especially if your room is right next to it like mine was.

Liked: Very good hostel with view on Gamla Stan! The room are a little bit small (is a boat otherwise!) but very nice. The bathrooms are clean but a little bit oppressive. Breakfast is good

Liked: Me and a Group of friends stayed for our mates 21st, The hostel was perfect great location in the old town, great facilities especially for the 12 person dorm, amazing value in what is known to be an expensive city, good food and most of all incredibly friendly and helpful staff who were happy to help with everything and anything. Would like to thank Mike, The man was a legend! Next time we are passing through Stockholm we will be back

Liked: Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Met a lot of interesting people and it was a great experience to stay on a boat. Breakfast was great and affordable. Seemed to be a bit of a party place though, and instead of using the common room for this they used the dorm. If you are looking for a very quiet place not recommend. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: I would recommend a stay at this hostel! The atmosphere and the view from the hostel doesn't make you feel guilty if you stay at the hostel in the warmth instead of doing sightseeing all the time in that cold weather :) (and from the "rocky hill" just in front of the boat you can enjoy a unique view of the entire historical centre!) The only bad things are.. no kitchen, and a bit of cold in the dormitory. But there are nice common areas where you can spend the free time. The staff is very nice and helpful, always ready to chat and give advice about the city :)
