Cleanliness and the atmosphere. The other visitors were very nice, as well as staff. We felt very comfortable to stay there for couple nights and we will stay there in the future if ever needed. Location is excellent.

The atmosphere and the location. Arriving to the hotel was very well arranged even when arriving off the office hours and very late. The hostel also replyed my e-mails rightaway.

Staff was good and friendly. The view is so good from the hostle. You can get onto ferries any minute you want.

Great location for sightseeing. Good cooking facilities. Can be noisy at night when other guests don't abide by the rules though!

"Central" doesn't even describe the location well enough - it's in the center of everything. We were a minute's walk from Gamla Stan, and would have walked from Cityterminalin if we hadn't had baggage.
