Liked: A friendly and cozy place. We stayed only for one night but it's even possible to stay a week in CBH. From the day we booked our beds, we received e-mails from them and were assured that we were on the right track.

Disliked: There were some noisy people and nobody asked them to stop.

Liked: Easy to find, clean, great living areas. Massive fan of the pasta! Almost as much as the pretty blonde girl at reception.

Liked: The staff were really friendly and the entire place had a really nice, relaxed atmosphere.There was a no noise policy after 11pm which was great, and people seemed to follow this rule.The kitchen was pretty well equipped and the free, all you can eat pasta was really good. The pasta itself tasted pretty good as well. The food and coffee in the cafe was fairly decent and well priced. The free wifi access was definitely a positive, and the hostel's location - only a 15 min walk to Gamla Stan.

Disliked: The only things we really disliked at all were the shoes off policy (which wasn't that big of a deal anyway). It probably helped make the living area so quiet anyway.

Liked: The athmosphere was really friendly. It is very easy to meet people here if you´re travelling by yourself.

Liked: the best hostel i've ever stayed at! It is a big big hostel with a nice outside terrace area where everyone can chill and chat and meet new people. Everyone staying at the hostel was young and friendly, lots of solo travellers and generally just people looking to have a fun time. There's no bar in the hostel but the staff are totally chilled and don't mind you bringing in some beers to drink on the terrace. The location is excellent - a five minute walk from the central train station. There are quite a few computers downstairs in the hostel which have internet and are free to use. The hostel also provides free pasta which saves you lots of money as eating out in sweden is expensive!!

Disliked: I really loved everything about the hostel, however the only bad news I heard from someone else staying at the hostel was that a few bags had been stolen from the luggage room. I personally had no problems - my backpack was padlocked but in an open locker in my dorm (which had a code-locked door) - however it seems to be the case that if you stay at this hostel DO NOT leave your bags unlocked in the luggage room (this seems obvious i know!).

Liked: 1) in-room shower;2) Enough fridge for every room's storage.

Disliked: Everything is not user-friendly type; for example: 1) Luggage room is very far from reception, you hv to carry your heavy luggage down and up stairs, then cross through the kitchen and recreation area...unfortunately im one of those who carry my 15kg-weigh case, plus my laptop and general hand-bag... you can bet how tired I am :S 2) You hv to take off shoes when entering the accommodation area. This so-called make-the-hostel-clean rule just simply make trouble to every traveller. And you don't really find the hostel is that award-giving clean?! the worst is at the end of the night you just even saw their staff wearing their shoes entering the kitchen...!? 3) Many facilities in kitchen are broken for long without repairing. Electric kettle is broken, can opener is broken, the cooker take very long time to heat up...(really much longer than usual?!!) 4) In-room shower is very simple..no hair-dryer, don't even have those hooks on wall for hanging your clothes/towels/shower bags etc. door lock is noisy that without doubt you'll disturb your neighbour! 5) The code of main entrance change everyday, very annoying...

Liked: Very nice hostel in a central but calm location. Best thing was for us the free bike rental to explore Stockholm's islands.

Disliked: Most of the rooms are in the basement without windows. Good ventilation though.
